Returns

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nipmee.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely, including the original packaging and any accessories, manuals, or other items that came with it. Be sure to include your RMA number in the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@nipmee.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
  • Follow the return process to send the defective or damaged item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Shipping Costs
